- Nude Cash allows only 1 account per company.
- Nude Cash pays 50% of all signups and renewals (less chargebacks) for all new members which you refer. You will be paid on an ongoing, monthly basis for each member you send, for as long as they stay on as members.
- You may use blind links or text links if you desire but remember this may have a detrimental effect on your conversion rate. All banners must be hosted from your server. You may create your own banners.
All visitors you send to us must come from a webpage. We do not allow newsgroup postings. Nor do we allow email links/spamming or any other such practices that could reflect negatively on our program. Failure to comply to this request will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and also may result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.
- Nude Cash reserves the right to terminate the program without advance notification for any reason. In such case, the webmaster will be notified by e-mail immediately and paid any commission accumulated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined he/she has violated this agreement in any material way. Examples of material violations include the use of spamming, credit card fraud, abnormally high chargeback rate, or free password sites.
- If you do not stay with Nude Cash for at least three months you will lose your recurring income after you leave.
- This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter, and its terms shall be waived or amended only by the parties' written agreement. The webmaster shall not assign your rights or obligations under this agreement without Nude Cash's prior written consent.
- By submitting the sign-up form, the Webmaster agrees to be bound by this agreement and Nude Cash is agreeing to become a counter-party to the agreement. The effective date of this agreement shall be the date on which the form is received by Nude Cash.
